Great guest service. Breakfast had a nice variety of options from fresh fruit, yogurt, to pancakes, biscuits and gravy. Cecelia did an amazing job hosting breakfast bar. She kept the area clean and spotless and food restocked and immediately available. Great location with Buttermilk Cafe and and Red Lobster within walking distance of hotel. Shopping within nearby proximity.
the breakfast was more extensive than expected, and really good! good location, room was clean and functional with nothing broken or damaged. Cecilia was a sweetheart and kept the dining area super clean, making sure everyone was taken care of. front desk was friendly upon check-in and didn't rush or make us feel like an inconvenience. room was the best priced in the area and worth the value.
Great hotel with breakfast. Everything was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Special thanks to Cecilia — she was very kind, polite, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.
Yusra at the front desk is the sweetest girl! Very knowledgeable about the property, incredibly helpful and resourceful, and you can tell she cares about her guests. After a long day of traveling and bearing the Chicago winter I was delighted to have such a kind soul greet me at this hotel. She is a stellar employee and person! This hotel is very fortunate to have someone like her on the team! Cecelia also does a fantastic job in the morning with the breakfast service. She is very attentive and makes the experience in the morning very pleasant!
Overall a good value for the price. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. 2 people were working to keep the food and tables ready. Cecelia was quick to clean tables and was very helpful. The food was hot and replenished often. The heating/cooling unit in the room is extremely loud and kicks off and on all the time. Not great. The bathroom needed a little updating but functionally fine. I would stay here again!
Very beautiful hotel! Although the shower area is showing its age, the rest of the bathroom and hotel room were nicely renovated. Lots of lights, USB outlets and storage etc. Staff service was also amazing. Missed my connection and couldn’t arrive till a day later, phoned them ahead of time and got my room reserved and protected. Breakfast had great selection, which was refreshing compared to other hotels I’ve been in the states recently. Would definitely come back!
Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, staff were amazing! Everything was perfect. Came down to Downer's Grove to visit my mom for a day. 1 con about this hotel is they don't tell you that they have a $50 fee, they took all my money out of my account on my bank but the sir at the front counter said that the money will come back to my account once I check out, so we will see. Other than that, everything is good.
PARTH at the front desk was a phenomenal help when I had an incident with my room. Parth was incredibly understanding and willing to fix our issue for us. The staff I encountered was great, hospitable, and kind! I would book here myself again, the rooms were very clean from what I experienced!
